    Motorists have been hit by long delays on a Hampshire motorway this morning following a four car pile-up. Emergency services were called to the crash on the M27. The incident took place near junction 11 of the eastbound carriageway, at Fareham, after a garbage lorry shed part of its load.     Starting this Friday (15th February 2013) until September 2013, there will be roadworks on the M27 at Junction 9 (Whiteley). The work (to replace the piers on the east and west bridges of the junction as part of the structure's essential maintenance programme) will require narrow lanes on both the east and westbound approaches to Junction 9, along with a 50mph speed restriction supported by cameras.     Signs have gone up to name the cycle route in Hamble-le-Rice as the 'Dani King Cycleway' as Eastleigh Borough Council honours local Olympic gold medallist.
