    Motorists have been hit by long delays on a Hampshire motorway this morning following a four car pile-up. Emergency services were called to the crash on the M27. The incident took place near junction 11 of the eastbound carriageway, at Fareham, after a garbage lorry shed part of its load.     Starting this Friday (15th February 2013) until September 2013, there will be roadworks on the M27 at Junction 9 (Whiteley).
