Excellent local gym

I really like Abshot due to its welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I chose to join Abshot over other gyms in the area as squash is included in the membership price, which wasn't the case anywhere else. I also do Zumba on a Thursday which is great fun, and the other classes are taught very well and help you to keep fit too. The pool is quite small, but easily big enough for a leisurely swim, and the sauna and steam room are great. I'm a fan of Starbucks coffee which is on offer in the cafe! A highly recommended gym.
