    I, too, was fined £60 (reduced to £40 on quick payment) for parking in the Taxi bay outside the co-op in Warsash.  I never saw the "warden" from first to last and only popped in for a newspaper. On the ticket time it stated 9.25 am to 9.25am.  I should have queried this before paying but as I had been parking there on and off for years I pleaded guilty.
