Locks Heath / Western Wards Police launch Summer Anti-Social Behaviour Campaign today – and this time they want our photos or videos of problem areas.

Park Gate Safer Neighbourhoods Team start Summer ASB Campaign Video and photographic evidence wanted!
The Campaign, which will run till the end of August, will see Park Gate Safer Neighbourhoods Team working closely with local partners to reduce the number of anti-social behaviour incidents in the Western Wards and to improve the service given to victims of ASB.
Bad areas for ASB in the Western Wards are Priory Park, Locks Heath Skate Park, Holly Hill Woods and Strawberry fields in Warsash. These areas are traditionally worse during the warmer summer months between 6pm and midnight on Friday and Saturday nights. Have you experienced problems here?
As part of the annual campaign this year Park Gate Police would like to see any videos or photos we may have showing problems in other areas that we would like to see the them dealing with.
The force lead for anti-social behaviour is Assistant Chief Constable Laura Nicholson. She says:
“We want to hear from local residents about what they want to see police officers doing in their community and what they feel the main issues regarding ASB are. We know that reducing anti-social behaviour is the key to making our residents feel safer and more confident and we continue to crackdown on our offenders and provide more support for our victims.”
If you have any photos or videos you think the Police should see you can email them to Park Gate Safer Neighbourhoods Team on: park.gate.sector@hampshire.pnn.police.uk
To report an incident of anti-social behaviour you should call 101 and ask to speak to someone from Park Gate Safer Neighbourhoods Team.

I would really like to see the local Park Gate police station open sometimes. Whenever i drive past it has closed on the door. That would show the local residents that the police are active locally. Good to see the PCSO's on the bikes around Locks Heath though.
I rarely see problems in the local area but have noticed that the neighborhood around me is getting 'noisier' - we are in barbeque season and that normally entails parties and outside drinking in gardens often until late in the evening with the light nights upon us. There also seems to be a lot of parties going on till late. I don't mind parties but it would be great if neighbours could be given forewarning so they can make other plans if needed. I don't know about you but i need my beauty sleep!
