Calling all Locks Heath / Western Wards Local Bands: Fundraising Gig in Fareham’s new Club V

Are you, or do you know of a local band who might be interested in a

fundraising gig in Fareham’s new live music venue Club V?

The NEW (and very excellent) FarehamPeople website is organising a

fundraiser event for November. Community Publisher Paula is looking for any

local bands to come forward and be part of a fan poll on the FarehamPeople

website so that fans and readers can vote for their favourite bands. The poll

will close at the end of September and the top 5 / 6 bands will be invited to

play.

Over the coming weeks Paula will be getting the charity, their patrons and

the regional press involved and once the bands are decided upon she will be getting

the promotional material printed up. All you need is a sample of your

music online – you don’t need to have headlined a festival before, you could

just have played in your front room.

business who would like to get involved in sponsorship or by donating a prize
