The planned work includes resurfacing and repairing to fix the worst of the damage left by last winter's snow and ice, which left the roads crumbling and full of potholes.
Operation Restore is paving the way for Operation Resilience, a long term project to improve the strength and condition of Hampshire's road network. This aims to 'future proof' the roads to ensure they can withstand more frequent extreme weather conditions.
Roads for repair were selected based on how badly they were damaged, what category of road they are and how they are used, combined with the number of complaints and claims the Council received.
The latest programme of work is scheduled to include:
Hunts Pond Roundabout, Park Gate - 19 October for 3 nights. Closure of Hunts Pond Road and Botley Road
A32 Wickham Road, Fareham - 22 October for 6 nights. Closure of part of High Street, Wickham Road, Broadcut and Wallington Way
Southampton Road, Titchfield Common - 1 November for 2 days. Closure of roundabout exits and temporary traffic signals
A27 Southampton Road, Segensworth Roundabout - 1 November for 2 days. Road closure.
Bridge Road, Sarisbury - 1 November for 5 nights. Traffic signals and convoy working.
B3334 Stubbington By-Pass - 3 November for 5 nights. Closures of Mays Lane and Burnthouse Lane and temporary traffic signals for rest of site.
Brook Lane Roundabout, Park Gate - 9 November for 3 nights. Closure of Station Road and temporary traffic signals.
The night closures will take place from 7pm to 7am or 8pm to 6am as advertised on the site and diversions will be in place.
All work will be carried out at night with the exception of Botley Road, Sarisbury, which will be done during the day under restricted working hours.

Potholes and road defects are created by water getting into the surface of the road through cracks. When the water freezes it expands, causing the crack to increase in size. If this happens repeatedly as it did last winter the surface eventually breaks up. Then when the ice melts it leaves a space below the surface which collapses under the weight of traffic and eventually forms a pothole.
Has your car been damaged by the roads? Did you complain to the Council or claim compensation for this?
If you find a pothole you can report this to the Council here, or to report damage to your car that occurred as a result of driving into a pothole click here.
