Fareham Borough Council Summer CATs Meetings
If you want to find out more about what the Police and Council are doing to improve things for us here in Locks Heath or you have an issue you’d like to raise with the people who are there to serve our community, then the place to do this is your local Council Community Action Team (CAT) Meeting.
CAT Meetings are held every 6 months and they are the chance for us to find out first hand about developments Fareham Borough Council are proposing for the Western Wards as well as listen to reports from those who work for us. It is also the opportunity for us to tell them what’s good and what needs improving in our area and to bid for funding for local projects.
The executive leader of Fareham Borough Council and Councilor for Sarisbury, Seán Woodward will be speaking about the Council's achievements, the challenges that lie ahead, the recession and the Council's ambitions for the future. He will be pleased to answer your questions.
If you live in Sarisbury, Park Gate, Locks Heath or Warsash your local meeting is on Tuesday 8th June, from 7pm – 8.30pm in the Bartholomew Room, Victory Hall, Warsash.
If you live in Titchfield Common your local meeting is on Tuesday 15th June, from 7pm – 8.30pm in the Parish Rooms.
I usually go to these meetings. If you have a question you would like to put to Fareham Borough Council or Sergeant Spacey of Park Gate Safer Neighbourhoods Team, but you cannot make it to a meeting, register on the website and post your question as a comment here – I will try to get an answer for you.
