Condition of Warsash - Swanwick Footpath

Is it just me or does anyone else think the state of this footpath is dreadful? The bit particularly from the ferry hut to the arch bridge is dangerous and full of trip hazards, like small rocks, large stones and other general bits of broken concrete. In some places it is extremely uncomfortable to walk on and you have to carefully look where you are going for fear of tripping up! I even started to wear proper walking boots and that made little difference. I love walking this route but the conditon of it really lets it down, and I am coming to the conclusion that the only comfortable way of enjoying this path is on a bike!!!
