We always try to maximise our big internal exhibition area at Christmas to hold a mini Christmas market. A very good chance to come along and choose interesting and unusual Christmas presents for your family and friends.
Father Christmas will be stopping off as usual – we think he may be coming by pony cart this year rather than train but he is a bit contrary and you never quite know until he arrives! Good value and fun, families tell us how great it is and really appreciate the setting and the ambiance.
Apart from all that the trains will be running for the last time this year, the old machinery will be cranked up for the last time as well and there is the chance to make a brick, play with clay or simply enjoy a good cup of tea and homemade cake in our cafe. A lovely way to start the festive season.
