Titchfield Festival Theatre’s Summer Season continues with
A Midsummer Night’s Dream
‘I have had a most rare vision. I have had a dream, past the wit of man to say what dream it was.’
Forget ‘Hollyoaks’! Shakespeare did it first! She’s madly in love with him but he dumps her in favour of her best friend. Her best friend dumps him and runs off to the woods with someone else. She tells the dumped boyfriend and he rushes into the woods after his ex-girlfriend and her new feller. She also wants to get him alone in the woods so she rushes after him. Then it gets complicated! Add some magic, some malicious fairies, a donkey’s head and then it gets really complicated! And very funny!
The barn is the perfect place to see this summer play and enjoy a picnic in the grounds outside.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream runs from 28th July - 7th August at the Thatched Barn Theatre, Brook Lane, Warsash. SO31 9FF.
