A charity festival to celebrate the very best of Autumnal treasures with the spotlight on Pumpkins and Scarecrows!
In its fifteenth year, we welcome you to the Jubilee Sailing Trust Autumn Pumpkin festival and Scarecrow Avenue at Royal Victoria Country Park, Netley.
Fun for all the family with Autumnal food, drink, music, dance, Big Draw art and flower arranging workshops, crafts, gardening advice and produce, storytelling, Pumpkin games, stalls and much much more. Local bands will entertain the pumpkin pageant whilst serenading the sensational Scarecrows.
Bring your own Scarecrow for our Scarecrow Avenue. Wear a decorated Autumn hat or enter the children's Scarecrow fancy Dress competition. The biggest pumpkins in UK will be paraded, celebrated and serenaded trying to beat last year's winning 1,334lb giant pumpkin. Small pumpkins are welcome too!
And why do we do it all every year? To raise awareness and funds for the Jubilee Sailing Trust which enables people of all physical abilities to experience tall ship sailing on an equal basis sometimes changing their lives forever.
The fun starts at 12 Noon til 5.30. Arrive early and stay all afternoon.
Entry price: Adults £2 Children 50p.
Normal Country Park car park charges apply in addition to entry fee.
