Awful Avoid!!!!
We rented a house with Letco and they were awful. We reported problems and waited weeks for replies about when/if it would be fixed. We felt anger towards the landlord presuming it was them taking so long to come back to the agent, as was suggested by the agent, but the neighbour informed us the landlord hasn't been informed of half the issues. We got so fed up we left the house at the end of the contract and 3 weeks later have still not received the inventory report and therefore not our deposit either. When viewings of the property took place (when we decided we would be leaving) Letco turned up 3 times without booking appointments and on one occasion let themselves into the house with their key while I was in the house!

Great service initially but now very poor!
A relative of mine is renting with Letco and he is always complaining about them. He moved into his property 2 months ago and flagged up a short list of problems that STILL haven't been dealt with (one of which is a serious problem). Apparently they 'Can't get hold of the Landlord...' They were fantasticlly helpful at the outset, but now he's in they don't seem to be interested.
