Mixed bag here!
We got to the point of making an offer on a house and were told that the kitchen appliances were ALL staying. Our offer was accepted. But then later the agent came back to us and asked if we would like to BUY certain of the appliances!?? Sadly the sale of our house fell through so this never came to anything. However watch out. On the plus side though everything else about this agents was excellent - friendly, helpful, efficient service.
