    Good question, would like to know too. I thought the plans for the new "city" of LocksHeath were scrapped, yet there appear to be even more new houses sprouting up on HPR, as well as the new traffic "calming" chicanes...I don't think though the allotments are under threat, it's the other side of HPR I think we have to worry about.

    I was horrifed the other day when driving home there are even MORE houses there now as well as a new junctiion in HPR it's not a straight through road anymore!!! What an absolute total mess it now looks.
