Teenagers hanging around Chancel Rd last night all smoking and shouting around 11pm as I was walking home. Can't remember the last time I saw a copper in Locks Heath.

teenagers hang around because thats all their is to do,
and whats wrong about them smoking?? they might be a bit loud but isnt everyone at some point. half the time their not doing anything wrong people just like to moan about them like this LHveiwer.
