Meditation for summer.

The summer's sun reflecting on the warm Glistening sea
Reflecting, the ripplesupon the warm water shimmering
The lazy tide to fill the bay returning
The boats at anchor on the smooth sand start to roll
and begin a' swaying,
You can feel the peace, and hear the hectic seabirds calling
seize the day and take it all in
The bright red and gold of summers crown
smell the fragrance from the flowers all around
Under the blue sky with rose coloured crown
Springing renewed the warm breezes found
So warm and gentle here and make not a sound

Meditation for Autumn
The autumn sunlight glowing through
the cool and misty air, the suns dappled rays first warm
then lift away the clinging mist
warrming the cold and damp air

Then the sunbeams brightly shine
bringing forth the golden morning light
to dry the dew from the copper bronze leaves
that glisten like diamonds sparkling upon tawny brown leaves
carpeting the forest with thier precious
shades of red and golden brown

Hedge Hogs rustle quietly in the home they have found
Squirrels bounding here and there
summers harvest for all to share

With care we will not lose this golden time
this beautiful place to relax
and let your spirit shine
