Locks Road Surgery

For those who have internet access, there is a link through Surveymonkey, to have a say on the three choices that are being proposed. Choice 1) allow to close and transfer patients to Whitely/register with another GP
2) close Locks road and extend Brook lane surgery.
3)to establish a GP service in community hospital.
