Locks Heath Centre Skate Park.
It has come to my attention on a few occasions recently that a 'gang' hanging around the skate park are attacking some younger kids trying to play innocently. It is a discrace that the kids there have no respect for the area and leave all their rubbish lying around instead of using the bins. I feel like setting up a group to patrol the area and take names of those kids who do not show some respect to others. Is anyone else out there bothered by this or is it just me ?

The thing is that these kids arn't afraid of police or adults, they have been brounght up in a world where they can get away with things and do what they want. There is no real way of stopping them.
