Fareham Borough Council now has a Twitter account. It is called 'FarehamBC' and will be used to advise followers about forthcoming event information and items of interest within the Borough, to keep the public informed about what's happening in Fareham.

Executive Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Councillor Seán Woodward, said: "Following us on Twitter makes the council more accessible to the public. Not only can they find out about forthcoming events and items of interest but it also gives residents the opportunity to interact with us, by posting tweets back."
